Why this event matters

Show Rural Coopavel is one of Brazil’s largest agribusiness events and the first major agricultural gathering of the year. The organizer confirms more than 600 exhibitors across a 720,000 m² venue, connecting producers, cooperatives, machinery companies, input suppliers, researchers and technology providers.

Cascavel is a major agribusiness centre, but the event differs operationally from an indoor São Paulo exhibition. Long distances, outdoor demonstrations, regional customer networks and a high daily visitor volume require precise meeting points, transport planning and disciplined qualification. International exhibitors should prepare for both technical and commercial questions.

Who your team can expect to meet

  • Farmers, cooperatives and agribusiness groups
  • Agricultural machinery dealers and distributors
  • Input, seed, nutrition and crop-protection buyers
  • Agtech, connectivity and precision-agriculture professionals
  • Researchers, financial institutions and public-sector stakeholders

What an international exhibitor should prepare

To focus the team on real opportunities, these decisions should be ready before travelling:

  1. Define the buyer profiles and accounts that matter most
  2. Train the local representative on product, pricing logic and commercial limits
  3. Prepare Portuguese-facing sales material and a concise demonstration script
  4. Agree how leads will be qualified, recorded and followed after the event
  5. Book priority customer meetings before the trade show whenever possible

Questions international exhibitors ask

Do you provide Mandarin interpretation?

No. I work with Chinese and other Asian executives in fluent English, and conduct local commercial conversations in native Brazilian Portuguese.

Is this booth staffing?

No. It is senior commercial support with product preparation, buyer qualification, objection handling, meetings and reporting.

Do you build exhibition booths?

No. Booth design and construction can be referred to a specialist partner and contracted separately.

Can you support meetings outside the venue?

Yes, when included in the written scope and schedule. Customer visits and domestic business travel can also be quoted.
