Sell more. Communicate locally. Grow in Brazil.
Senior commercial and marketing support for Asian companies entering, operating and growing in Brazil.
Work directly with Paulo Marques on market entry, channel development, trade show sales, customer relationships and marketing that connects with Brazilian buyers.
Prepared before every assignment — with product briefing, local market context, key selling points and clear reporting.
I normally respond to business enquiries within one working day.
A strong local presence in Brazil — without building a full local team
My services are designed for Asian manufacturers, brands and business leaders who need local commercial and marketing support in Brazil.
Companies without a local office in Brazil
Explore opportunities, take part in a trade show, meet potential partners or support existing customers — without immediately establishing a subsidiary or hiring a full local team.
Companies with a lean Brazilian operation
Your local team is small and needs additional senior support for trade shows, customer visits, negotiations, product launches, channel development or special commercial projects.
Companies entering or testing the Brazilian market
You need someone who understands local distributors, importers, retailers, business practices and customer expectations — and who can turn market interest into structured commercial opportunities.
Companies seeking sales growth and greater market share
Strengthen customer relationships, expand channels, improve sell-in and sell-out, identify opportunities and grow your competitive position in Brazil.
Exhibitors that need more than booth staff
Someone who understands your products, prepares a structured sales approach, demonstrates value, qualifies visitors, manages objections and supports real commercial conversations in English and Portuguese.
Companies that need locally relevant marketing and social media
Your global content needs to connect with Brazilian buyers. I help adapt messages, plan relevant content and manage agreed social media channels in Brazilian Portuguese.
Four ways to work together
Senior commercial and marketing support delivered directly by a professional with more than 20 years in sales, channel development and business operations, including seven years working inside Chinese companies.
Market Entry & Commercial Growth
For companies evaluating Brazil, or already selling here and needing senior local commercial capacity without immediately expanding permanent headcount.
Trade Show Sales Support
For exhibitors who need prepared, senior commercial representation at the stand: product trained, focused on qualification, objection handling and follow-up.
Marketing Localization & Social Media
For companies whose global material is technically correct in Portuguese but does not sound like it was written for a Brazilian buyer.
Travel & Executive Support
For executives travelling to Brazil who need a local professional beside them — and for Brazilian clients travelling to China.
I prepare before representing your company
I study your products, understand your objectives, review your market position and develop a structured commercial approach focused on selling more, building stronger relationships and creating sustainable opportunities in Brazil.
Briefing
Product, positioning and objectives, aligned before any representation.
Training
Key selling points, roadmap and likely objections, rehearsed in advance.
Qualification
Criteria to separate a real opportunity from a curious visitor.
Execution
Commercial conversations, negotiation and follow-up, in English and Portuguese.
Report
Daily debrief and an executive report within the agreed timeframe.
Seven years working directly with Chinese companies
Technology, consumer electronics, computer hardware, printing, gaming, photography, e-commerce, distribution, trade marketing and B2B retail. In 2024, I accompanied a group of 20 clients across five Chinese cities.

Direct answers to real questions
Do you speak Mandarin?
No. Portuguese is native, English is fluent, Spanish is intermediate. Work with Chinese counterparts happens in English, with local execution in Portuguese.
Is this the same as booth staffing or translation?
No. This is senior commercial representation: I study your product and market position before representing you, qualify visitors, handle objections and take commercial responsibility for the conversation — not word-for-word interpretation.
Can you guarantee sales results?
Sales results cannot be guaranteed. What I do commit to is preparation, a clear scope, disciplined execution, communication and reporting. Results also depend on the product, market conditions and follow-up after the opportunity.
How are travel and event expenses handled?
Paid directly by the client, or advanced before the expense occurs. There is no advance financing of expenses on the client’s behalf, with reimbursement afterward.
What happens after a trade show ends?
A short daily debrief during the event, and an executive report delivered within the agreed timeframe after the contracted period ends.
Do you cover all of Latin America?
Brazil is the priority and where the deepest experience is. LATAM experience exists (Paraguay, for example) but is not offered as uniform coverage across the continent.
Let's discuss your project in Brazil
Describe your need — a trade show, a market question, a marketing gap — and choose the channel you prefer. This does not reserve a date or confirm a final price.
I normally respond to business enquiries within one working day.
