What this site collects: nothing
This is a static website. It has no database, no login, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded, and no profile of you is built.

What the site itself stores
Nothing. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to. No analytics service, no advertising pixel, no social media widget and no font or script loaded from a third-party server is present on any page.
The one exception: your hosting provider’s logs
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages records standard access logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser type. These are generated by the hosting provider for security and availability, not by this site, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Information you send voluntarily
If you write by email, WhatsApp, WeChat or LinkedIn, I receive whatever you choose to send: your name, company, contact details and the content of your message. It is used only to answer you and, if we work together, to carry out the engagement. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
The contact form
The form on the contact page does not transmit anything to this website. It composes a message in your own email application, which you then send yourself. If you never press send, nothing leaves your device.
How long information is kept
Commercial correspondence is kept while the conversation is active and for as long as it is needed for the engagement and any legal or accounting obligation that follows it. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted on request.
Third parties
Messages sent through WhatsApp, WeChat or LinkedIn also pass through those companies, under their own privacy policies, which are outside my control. Email is subject to the policies of your provider and mine. If this matters for your company, use the channel your legal team prefers.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) you may ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be done.
International visitors
This site is operated from Brazil and is subject to Brazilian law. It is not registered in China, does not host data there, and makes no claim of compliance with the PIPL or with any other jurisdiction’s data legislation.
