Why this event matters
Plástico Brasil connects the plastics transformation chain, from machinery, moulds and automation to resins, additives, recycling, industrial software and services. The organizer reports more than 55,000 qualified visitors and 1,000 exhibiting brands; 69% of visitors have decision power and 52% are looking for new suppliers.
For an Asian industrial supplier, this is a technically demanding sales environment. Brazilian buyers will evaluate productivity, energy consumption, tooling, integration, lead times, local service, spare parts and total cost, often involving several decision-makers. A well-prepared local representative helps capture the commercial context behind each technical question.
Who your team can expect to meet

What an international exhibitor should prepare
To focus the team on real opportunities, these decisions should be ready before travelling:

- Train the local representative on product, pricing logic and commercial limits
- Prepare Portuguese-facing sales material and a concise demonstration script
- Agree how leads will be qualified, recorded and followed after the event
- Book priority customer meetings before the trade show whenever possible
