Why this event matters

Futurecom brings together the infrastructure, connectivity and digital-economy ecosystem at São Paulo Expo. For an international technology manufacturer, the commercial value is concentrated in qualified conversations with operators, ISPs, integrators, distributors, enterprise buyers and strategic partners.

The official event positions Futurecom around AI and data economy, digital infrastructure and cloud, security, sovereignty and digital industries. With more than 300 exhibiting brands and a senior audience, an Asian exhibitor needs more than product demonstrations: it needs a clear Brazilian channel proposition and a way to distinguish real projects from general traffic.

Who your team can expect to meet

  • Telecom operators and internet service providers
  • Cloud, data-centre and infrastructure decision-makers
  • Systems integrators, distributors and channel partners
  • Enterprise technology, security and procurement leaders
  • Public-sector and regulated-industry stakeholders

What an international exhibitor should prepare

To focus the team on real opportunities, these decisions should be ready before travelling:

  1. Define the buyer profiles and accounts that matter most
  2. Train the local representative on product, pricing logic and commercial limits
  3. Prepare Portuguese-facing sales material and a concise demonstration script
  4. Agree how leads will be qualified, recorded and followed after the event
  5. Book priority customer meetings before the trade show whenever possible

No. It is senior commercial support with product preparation, buyer qualification, objection handling, meetings and reporting.

Do you build exhibition booths?

No. Booth design and construction can be referred to a specialist partner and contracted separately.

Can you support meetings outside the venue?

Yes, when included in the written scope and schedule. Customer visits and domestic business travel can also be quoted.
