Why this event matters

FESPA Digital Printing is a leading Latin American meeting point for digital printing, signage, textile decoration, finishing, packaging, workflow and related technologies. The organizer reports more than 30,000 qualified professionals, 600 exhibiting brands and R$257 million in generated business.

The event is particularly relevant for Asian manufacturers of printers, printheads, inks, media, cutters, finishing equipment, textile systems, software and components. The official site lists a dedicated China contact, indicating structured international exhibitor acquisition. Local buyers will expect more than technical specifications: they will ask about distribution, spare parts, warranty, training, financing and post-sales capacity.

Who your team can expect to meet

  • Printing companies and visual-communication producers
  • Distributors, resellers and equipment importers
  • Textile, sublimation and personalization businesses
  • Packaging, labels and industrial-printing specialists
  • Signage, workflow, software and finishing professionals

What an international exhibitor should prepare

To focus the team on real opportunities, these decisions should be ready before travelling:

  1. Define the buyer profiles and accounts that matter most
  2. Train the local representative on product, pricing logic and commercial limits
  3. Prepare Portuguese-facing sales material and a concise demonstration script
  4. Agree how leads will be qualified, recorded and followed after the event
  5. Book priority customer meetings before the trade show whenever possible
