Why this event matters

Brasil Game Show combines a very large consumer audience with a dedicated B2B programme. The 2026 edition takes place at Distrito Anhembi and includes BGS Business, meetings and industry networking alongside launches, demonstrations, creators and public-facing activations.

The event’s scale creates visibility but also noise. International brands should separate consumer engagement, press and influencer activity from distributor, retailer, marketplace and licensing conversations. The official B2B portal reports 34,000 business visitors and 300 participating brands, which makes advance segmentation essential.

Who your team can expect to meet

  • Gaming distributors, retailers and marketplaces
  • PC hardware, peripheral and consumer-electronics buyers
  • Publishers, studios, platforms and service providers
  • Press, creators and specialist communities
  • Potential brand, licensing and commercial partners

What an international exhibitor should prepare

To focus the team on real opportunities, these decisions should be ready before travelling:

  1. Define the buyer profiles and accounts that matter most
  2. Train the local representative on product, pricing logic and commercial limits
  3. Prepare Portuguese-facing sales material and a concise demonstration script
  4. Agree how leads will be qualified, recorded and followed after the event
  5. Book priority customer meetings before the trade show whenever possible

Is this booth staffing?

No. It is senior commercial support with product preparation, buyer qualification, objection handling, meetings and reporting.

Do you build exhibition booths?

No. Booth design and construction can be referred to a specialist partner and contracted separately.

Can you support meetings outside the venue?

Yes, when included in the written scope and schedule. Customer visits and domestic business travel can also be quoted.
